Northern Transmissions broke the news with the video premiere of Independence Day, the first single from Jake Bellissimo‘s first full length “The Good We’ve Sewn”, due out October 20th. We are really happy to collaborating with this young classically trained composer and songwriter from Rochester, NY. We fell in love with Jake’s debut album the moment we received it in our inbox, and we are pretty sure you will love it too (if Independence Day hasn’t convinced you yet!), so we give you the chance to pre-order “The Good We’ve Sewn” in one of the two vinyl options (pink and clear) through our bandcamp pages below. And if you are lucky enough you might catch Jake Bellissimo on tour around Europe in the next few weeks! Details in the poster below.
Here’s a preview of one of the hottest things you’ll see in the next future: Hund is a powerful and enticing group of (really) young lads with a very distinct sound. On this session for WWNB3 they show their talent performing“Lands”, “Happy Words And Colored Stones” and “Matches”. Hund have a 7″ vinyl coming out soon on a limited edition and now available for pre-order: just the kind of first release you definitely don’t wan’t to miss!
“WWNB3” is series of live videos produced together with the bands and able to express the raw character of who’s behind the music without the barrier of a package or an unfortunate PA at a random venue.
We had a great time during our WWNB3 session with Halfalib, Enjoy!
Red Bull Studio Mobile hosted BIRTHH for a special live performance on Next Sounds. Watch here the session and the interview and stay tuned for more to come!
Brooklyn based duo Dizzyride is formed by Nicola Donà (The Calorifer Is Very Hot! / Horrible Present) and Montreal born Zoë Kiefl, couple in art and in life. The three songs recorded for this session are taken from their self-titled debut album. Enjoy!

With a stunning new video featuring Dizzyride‘s many faces through Zoë Kiefl capturing acting, the Brooklyn based duo tickles our appetite for more, which is a good reason why it’s the perfect time to pre-order the limited edition 12″ vinyl of the band’s self titled debut album out in January. The video filmed by Canadian director Angus Borsos and produced by Helium Castle was premiered via NOWNESS and features a chameleonic Kiefl who leaves us wondering and pushes us to re-play again and again, to get more details and get transported by the melody of the song.
Young You is the second single anticipating the release of the full length due out on January 20, 2017. The album is being pressed on a limited edition 12″ vinyl, and you can make sure to get your copy here:

From the California coastal town of Seaside, all the way to Austin via SXSW, the three live videos brought to you today by WWNB3 feature Burnt Palms during a show at the Texas festival in March 2016. The band was a guest at the Carpark Records Showcase at Swan Dive–and anyone who was there can guarantee you it was a memorable night! The videos were filmed and edited by Yr First Crush and the audio was mixed by Alessandro Paderno. Courtesy of SXSW, Yr First Crush, Carpark Records, Swan Dive, and most importantly, Burnt Palms.
