Making Marks – Mylittlepony
mylittlepony – A Miracle by spoontrain
”Making Marks” è uscito su Spoon Train il 17 Gennaio 2010 ed è distribuito in Italia da We Were Never Being Boring.
Mylittlepony is a 5 pieces band from Oslo, Norway. They want to be (and they are) this little band that sings beautiful songs. They quote Neil Sedaka and Chris Isaak and they are tenderness as Belle & Sebastian can be. The sound of their second album “Making Marks”, is rich and varied, with strings, trumpets and eletric guitars. The songs are about Oslo, parties and daily-life, and a nice story is that the album was supposed to come out in 2010, but had to be recorded twice. Not because they were not satisfied, nor because they wanted to release two versions or something else weird, but because the first recording disappeared in a hard-drive’s crash.
”Making Marks” has been released by Spoon Train on Jan 17th and is ditributed through We Were Never Being Boring in Italy.
